Tried, tested and trusted specialists who bring your strategy to life.

Once you know what makes your business different and have a clear story to tell, you need to bring it to life. The Seaflowers Collective brings together trusted specialists in brand, photography, design and creative content to help business owners turn their story into a distinctive brand that people recognise, connect with and remember.

You may work with one of us, two of us or all three. Either way, everything starts from the same understanding of your business, so your words, visuals and creative work feel connected and work together.

You’ve found your story. Now bring it to life.

A clear story gives your business something meaningful to say. But your customers need to see it, feel it and experience it too.

That’s where The Seaflowers Collective comes in.

We take the thinking behind your business and translate it into the things people actually encounter: your visual identity, photography, website, content and other creative touchpoints.

The result is a brand that looks, sounds and feels like your business, with every element working together to tell the same story.

What is the Collective?

The Seaflowers Collective is a carefully curated group of independent specialists who know each other, trust each other and have a proven track record of working well together. We collaborate so that you get the exact specialist expertise you need to bring your story to life, without having to find, brief and manage a collection of separate suppliers.

How do we work?

  1. We start with your story

Every project begins with understanding what makes your business different, who you’re trying to reach and what you want people to understand, feel and remember. Your story becomes the connective thread that follows through all your brand and communications.

  2. We’ll assess what you actually need

We know that as a small business you can’t invest in everything. You need to focus where it will have the greatest impact on your bottom line. Not every business needs the same combination of creative expertise at the same point in time. We consider your precise needs and then bring in the right people to deliver the job.

  3. Bring your story to life

Each specialist brings their expertise to deliver around you story. Your positioning informs your brand. Your brand informs your photography. Your story shapes your content. Everything works together across the places your customers encounter your business.

  4. Stay connected

We work closely throughout each project, ensuring individual creative decisions support the bigger picture. Rather than a collection of disconnected deliverables, you get one joined-up experience and outputs that are strategic, cohesive and connected.

Meet the Collective

Who you work with will depend on what your business actually needs. There’s no expectation that you’ll work with all of us. We bring in the right people at the right time to build your brand.

Why work with The Seaflowers Collective?

One story, brought to life consistently

Your positioning, brand, photography and content should all tell the same story. We make sure they do.

Joined-up thinking

Because we know and trust each other, we can collaborate properly rather than simply passing work from one supplier to another.

Specialist expertise

Each of us is an experienced specialist. You work directly with the person doing the work, not layers of account management.

Built around your business

Some businesses need clarity, some need a new brand, some need photography, some need it all. We flex around your business, not the other way around.

Creative work with a purpose

We don’t create for the sake of creating. Every creative decision should help your business communicate more clearly to drive growth.

See the Collective in action

You might work with one of us, two of us or all three, depending on what your business needs. Here are a few examples of how we’ve worked together. Explore each project to see how different skills and perspectives come together to bring each story to life.

Tasha Kalisher

Suzy worked with Tasha Kalisher, a shiatsu practitioner, Qigong teacher and sauna ritual practitioner in South Devon, to uncover and articulate the story at the heart of her business.

Suzy developed the positioning, messaging and strategy, then brought Sue into the project to create the photography. Suzy then brought the story, words and imagery together through the website, creating a clear and distinctive digital presence for Tasha’s work.

Seaflowers

Suzy brought the Collective into her own business, Seaflowers, a waterside holiday home and retreat venue in South Devon.

Suzy developed the story and strategy. Sue created the photography that brings the property, its setting and the Seaflowers experience to life, while Tash led the creative direction across the website and promotional materials.

Suzy then used the new story, brand and photography to pitch Seaflowers and her own expertise, securing national and regional media coverage and raising the profile of the business.

Suzy worked with Sue to define the story, positioning and strategy for her photography business, then brought Tash in to bring that thinking to life through the brand and website.

Together, Suzy and Tash created a clearer and more distinctive expression of Sue’s work, giving her a stronger platform to communicate what makes her photography different and attract the right clients.
